Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All UK deliveries are FREE.

We send everything out via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We are unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates but rest assured we will always aim to get your order to you within 5 business days. Should this not be possible for some reason we will get in touch with you.

Unfortunately we can't ship outside of the United Kingdom at the moment.

 

Refund policy

We hope you love your products but in case you need to return them here is the info you need.

For all physical items, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include your order number, name, and the reason for return.
We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.


If your return is accepted, we’ll ask you to send your package back to us at the above address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customised products or donation gifts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Please note postage costs will not be refunded if you decide that you no longer want the item and are returning during the return policy period.

If the item arrives broken or damaged as a result of postage then we will refund postage upon receipt of proof (a photo if possible) and post out a replacement at no extra cost.
